Understanding the importance of health and performance training started when I was young. I have been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since July of 2023, I’ve been working to grow my small business. I want to create an environment that treats people with respect, appreciation, and encourages individuals to push through adversity!
I have worked with a variety of clients. It has been a pleasure of mine to get to know each persons wants and needs to achieve their goals. Getting to know each client personally and constructing a workout plan that fits nicely with their lifestyle! Between consistency, strong effort and communication your fitness experience and needs show great results in no time!
In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my partner and two dogs, spending time with family and friends doing outdoor activities, and competing in amateur boxing!I I appreciate a strong work-life balance.

Coach Rae at RAW Performance Training is the best of the best when it comes to functional training to fit whatever your goals are! She is fun to work with and absolutely knows her stuff, and she has a lot of knowledge about working around pain and injuries in a way to help you meet your goals while also helping to rehab injuries.
